Nutritionist Deepsikha Jain, a UK-trained expert with a Master’s in Global Public Health Nutrition, recently highlighted the health advantages of eating just three walnuts a day in an Instagram video posted on October 12.

According to Deepsikha, walnuts are packed with omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, fibre, and polyphenols, making them an ideal superfood for heart, brain, and gut health.

She captioned her post, “Walnuts are very powerful nuts which help you build a healthier heart and gut. The skin also has so much fibre and polyphenols. Soak them prior and eat up to 3-4 walnuts daily.”
