Kannada superstar Yash’s recently released film KGF 2 has created a ruckus at the box office. The film is continuously making records of earning all over the world. Meanwhile, Yash’s spoken dialogues in the film have become quite viral on social media. Especially on the dialogues of ‘Violence Violence’ of Yash’s character Rocky Bhai, a lot of memes and reels videos are dominated on social media. Who has spoken Yash’s dialogues?
Not many people know that the voice over artist Sachin Gole has given voice to Yash’s character for the Hindi version of the film. Sachin has been dubbing for almost 17 years and before that he has lent his voice to many South films. Our partner ETimes has an exclusive conversation with Sachin about the film in which he has made some interesting revelations. Talking about the film, Sachin said that he had earlier dubbed for KGF 1 as well and Yash himself had chosen Sachin for dubbing.
Yash did not want KGF to be released in Hindi?
Sachin said, ‘Yash earlier wanted his film to release only in Kannada but after the success of Bahubali in Hindi, he agreed to dub KGF in Hindi. But the question was who would give his voice to Yash? He needed a voice that was neither too thin nor too heavy and he spoke in typical Mumbai accent. I have previously dubbed some of Yash’s films which he saw on the internet. When he liked my voice, he called me for an audition. Later I was finalized for dubbing.
How long did the dubbing of KFG 2 take?
KGF 1 was well-liked by the people. When she became a superhit, Sachin was also finalized for KGF 2. Sachin told that very few people were changed for dubbing the second part of the film. He said, ‘The makers told me that whenever I get time I should come and dub, I knew that I have to do the dubbing and I have to give my best.’ Not that dubbing has happened too quickly. Sachin said, ‘Although we get a time slot of 4-5 hours, but KGF was a big project, so it took me a whole week to dubbing it. There was no room for error here as Rocky is the main character of the film.
Talking about the dialogue with ‘Violence’
Sachin also talked about the film’s most popular and famous dialogue ‘Violence’ and told how long it took him to speak this dialogue. Sachin told that he took 20 texts only for this dialogue. Sachin also told that all the Hindi dialogues were first reviewed by Yash and director Prashant Neel, only then they were dubbed.

Well, it is not that Sachin has dubbed only for Yash. Sachin has previously done Hindi dubbing of many Dhanush films. Apart from this, he has also lent his voice in some of Rajinikanth’s old films, Sandeep Kishan and Dulquer Salmaan’s films. Sachin not only does dubbing but he is also a good actor. He told that his expenses were not running while working only as an actor. So in 2005 he also started dubbing.
