Taapsee Pannu launched her production house Outsiders Films earlier this year. The first production film, Blur, wrapped up shooting earlier this year and the backdrop of Nainital and Mall Road has been used in the film. And now, it has been learned that the team of the film wanted to shoot in real locations and hence the film has been shot at multiple heritage sites.
According to reports, the team of the film is all set to shoot at the beautiful hill station of Ramgarh, which offers breathtaking views of the valley and the snow-clad Mukteshwar mountains. Since the directors and producers want real locations, the film was shot accordingly.
The film was also shot in the famous writer’s bungalow, Ashok Vatika, where Rabindranath Tagore reportedly wrote a part of Gitanjali and Mahadevi Varma resided and wrote many of his works.
Some heritage sites were also chosen for the backdrop of the film and also, some houses more than 100 years old are shown in the film. The film team was very supportive and well received by the local people, while also allowing them to shoot at their homes.
