Actor Sonu Sood has been making headlines recently due to his exit from the popular Bollywood franchise, Dabangg. According to reports, Sood was unhappy with his role in the film and had a falling out with the lead actor, Salman Khan.
However, Sood has now denied these claims in a recent interview. He stated that he left the film due to scheduling conflicts and was never in any sort of argument with Khan.
“I have a lot of respect for Salman bhai and we have always had a good relationship,” Sood said. “There was never any ego clash between us, and we continue to remain friends.”
Sood also added that he was not happy with his role in the film, as it was not up to the mark. “I don’t want to be a part of a film just for the sake of it,” he said. “If I’m not convinced about my role, I’d rather not do it.”
Despite his exit from Dabangg, Sood is currently busy with multiple film projects, including a biopic on badminton player P.V. Sindhu. He has also been actively involved in COVID-19 relief efforts by facilitating transportation for stranded migrant workers in India.
Sood’s professionalism and dedication towards his work have won him countless fans, and it is no surprise that he has emerged as a hero for many during these trying times.
