A case was registered against Ranveer Singh in Chembur police station.
An NGO and a Mumbai-based lawyer had filed separate applications to the Chembur police last month, demanding that cases be registered against Ranveer. A case was registered against the actor under the IPC for selling obscene material and hurting the sentiments of women. Along with this, a case was also registered under the Information Technology Act.

Ranveer Singh is facing severe criticism from people due to his nude photoshoot, although the actor’s friends and Bollywood stars are supporting him.
