The incident took place on October 19 in the parking area of a residential building in West Andheri. In the CCTV footage, it can be seen how a woman is stopping the driver of the car in the parking area, but the man first hits the woman and as soon as she falls, he drives her over. In this, a man comes running and takes the woman out from under the car.
