Kamal R Khan Hospitalised: Film Actor And Critic Kamal R Khan (KRK) was arrested by Mumbai Police on Tuesday, after which he was produced in Borivali Court. After the hearing in the court, he was sent to judicial custody for 14 days. After this, KRK complained of pain in the scene on Tuesday evening and after that he was taken to a hospital in Mumbai. KRK has been arrested in 2020 for derogatory tweets on late actors Rishi Kapoor and Irrfan Khan.
KRK was caught from Mumbai airport on Tuesday morning. An FIR was registered against him in 2020 and after that a lookout notice was issued against him. KRK had posted derogatory tweets on late actors Rishi Kapoor and Irrfan, both of whom died in 2020. However, these tweets were later deleted after KRK.

According to news agency ANI, KRK was taken to Shatabdi Hospital in Kandivali area of Mumbai on Tuesday evening after he complained of chest pain. Earlier, DCP Vishal Thakur said in a statement that KRK was arrested under the IT Act and the police was looking for him for many years. He was abroad and as soon as he reached Mumbai, he was immediately arrested.
After the arrest, there was a court appearance
DCP Vishal Thakur had said in his statement, “An FIR was registered against Kamal R Khan in 2020. This arrest of KRK has been done under the IT Act. The police was looking for KRK for many years. He landed yesterday and was arrested immediately. Now he will be produced in the court.”

Vishal Thakur further said, “Kamal R Khan was outside India so we had issued a look out notice (LoC). We have registered under IPC section and IT Act 67. We have registered a case regarding the controversial tweet.
