Divyansh and Manuraj won the Sony TV reality show India’s Got Talent Season 9 on Sunday. Beatboxing and flute player duo from Jaipur and Bharatpur defeated Ishita Vishwakarma, Rishabh Chaturvedi, Bomb Fire Crew, Warrior Squad, Demolition Crew and BS Reddy to win the trophy, a car and a cash prize of Rs 20 lakh. The first runner up Ishita Vishwakarma and the second runner up Bomb Fire Crew were given a cash prize of Rs 5 lakh. IGT 9 hosted by Arjun Bijlani was judged by Kirron Kher, Shilpa Shetty, Badshah and Manoj Muntashir.
Interesting couple formed in the show
Interestingly, both Divyansh and Manuraj had come for the auditions with different partners, but in the end, they pair up. Their amazing jugalbandi on the show enthralled the audience throughout the season. Divyansh and Manuraj’s performance on stage earned them the ‘Golden Buzzer’ from the judges and celebrity guests as well. His impressive performance led the judges to claim that he was a living example of the show’s tagline – ‘Gazab Desh Ka Ajab Talent’.
On winning the show, Divyansh said in a statement, “It is revolutionary. I think now all players, be it beatboxers, sitar players or flute players, will be in the limelight and they will believe that their dreams can also come true. On his behalf, his partner Manuraj said that he feels that he has reached the peak of happiness.
