Gully Boy fame rapper Dharmesh Parmar passed away at the age of 24. Dharmesh was popularly known as MC Demolition. According to the reports, Dharmesh has died in a road accident. As soon as this news came, Ranveer Singh, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Zoya Akhtar have mourned on social media and shared memories related to the rapper. Let me tell you, Dharmesh has also given voice to the song ‘India 91’ in Gully Boy.

Taking to his Instagram story, Ranveer shared a picture of the rapper and added a broken heart emoticon. Siddhant also paid an emotional tribute by sharing a screenshot of his conversation with the rapper, praising each other for their music and performances. He wrote along with the picture, “RIP Bhai”..

Gully Boy director Zoya Akhtar shared an old picture of the vandalism, writing, “You left too soon. I can only be thankful that we find our way. Rest in peace Bantai.”

Dharmesh’s band Swadeshi Movement wrote in an Instagram post- “It’s the same night @todfod performed his last gig at Swadeshi Mela. You should have been there to see his passion for playing live music. Can never be forgotten, you will always be alive through your music.”

Dharmesh was cremated on Monday. His band, while paying tribute to MC, wrote – “Sometimes I think somewhere to go away.. I should settle for a place that is not more famous.. Where I keep taking my mind, I should do that.. live like this.. I started from here – Todfod.”
