Brahmanastra is releasing in cinemas on 9 September 2022. Under the banner of Dharma Productions, this film is being brought in five languages - Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.
Along with Ranbir and Alia, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy are also in important roles in the film.

The film is being made for 7 years
Significantly, the shooting of Brahmastra was started by Ayan Mukerji on 24 February 2018. But the announcement of this film was done seven years ago from today. At that time the name of the film was Dragon. But as the story of the film progressed, Ayan Mukerji changed the name to Brahmastra.

Release date has changed many times
In October 2017, Karan Johar announced Brahmastra. Since then the release date of this film has been announced five times. Initially, it was supposed to release on 15 August 2019 but the film could not be completed till then and its release date was extended to Christmas 2019. Even then the film could not be completed and it was decided to release it in June 2020. It was done again from June to December 2020.. But by then everything had changed due to Corona.

The film will be made in three parts
This is going to happen for the first time in Bollywood.. when a film will be released in three parts. It is one of the most expensive films of Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. The name of the first part of the film is- Shiva..

300 crore budget
Star and Disney India chairman Uday Shankar has said that the budget of the film is more than 300 crores. Uday Shankar said on the budget of the film at Hindustan Times Leadership Summit 2020, “Just to tell you 300 crores, it is much more than that.”

much awaited movie
The film is constantly in the news for its stellar starcast and story. If reports are to be believed, Shah Rukh Khan will be seen in a cameo in the film. In the film, Shah Rukh will play the role of a man who has superpowers. But his superpower is stolen by the film’s villain Mouni Roy.
