New Delhi: Bollywood is very happy with the response to the film ‘Drishyam 2’. A similar atmosphere is expected to continue in the future as next week the film ‘Bhediya’ will hit the theaters. The film is about a man who turns into a wolf. Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon are playing lead roles in the film.

According to a report in Bollywood Hungama, ‘Bhediya’ has received a U/A certificate from the ‘Central Board of Film Certification’ (CBFC). However, on the recommendation of CBFC’s inquiry committee, the makers have been asked to make some changes in the film. The derogatory term was replaced with ‘donkey’. There have been some other changes in the film as well.

The inquiry committee had also asked for changes in some other dialogues. It was asked to replace ‘Ganga Jamuna Mix’ with ‘Ganga Jamuna Juice’. The word ‘Parliament’ was changed to ‘body’ while ‘PMO’ was changed to ‘minister’. Eventually, the word ‘country’ was dropped and the word ‘people’ was used instead.

‘Bhediya’ to release on November 25
After these changes, the censor certificate was handed over to the makers of ‘Bhediya’. It has been told in the censor certificate that the length of the film is 156 minutes. Means ‘Bhediya’ is a film of 2 hours 36 minutes. ‘Bhediya’ is all set to release on 25 November.

Amar Kaushik has directed ‘Bhediya’
Apart from Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon, the film also stars Abhishek Banerjee and Deepak Dobriyal. ‘Bhediya’ is directed by ‘Stree’ (2018) and ‘Bala’ (2019) fame Amar Kaushik. Interestingly, in a song of ‘Bhediya’, ‘Stree’ actress Shraddha Kapoor is also seen in a special appearance.
