Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan is in trouble in the drugs case. Aryan Khan has not got bail from the court. Aryan Khan and other accused in the cruise ship drugs case have been rejected by the court. This means that now Aryan Khan will have to approach the Sessions Court or else he will have to stay in Arthur Road Jail for 14 days.

On October 7, the court sent the accused in the drugs case to judicial custody for 14 days. Aryan Khan’s bail plea was heard in the court today. Where his bail has been rejected. Gauri Khan and Shahrukh Khan’s trouble did not subside even after 5 days. Along with Aryan, the court also rejected the bail applications of two other accused Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha.

Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was in the custody of NCB for the last 5 days in the drugs case. Aryan Khan, while presenting his argument in the court, had clearly said that no concrete evidence has been found from him. Nor was the drugs recovered from them on the ship by the NCB. ASG Anil Singh also argued in the court that such WhatsApp chats are received from the phones of these accused that it is known that Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant first gathered at Shahrukh Khan’s house Mannat. After that they sat in the car together. Both are also taking drugs for a long time.

Satish Manshinde said that NCB has not come to know about any concrete evidence or conspiracy against Aryan Khan in this case. In such a situation, it is not right to keep Aryan Khan in jail. NCB is interrogating for the last 5 days.
