Mumbai: Amitabh Bachchan, the megastar of Hindi cinema, is one of those Bollywood stars who have been ruling the industry for decades. Big B signed his first film ‘Saat Hindustani’ in 1969. He has spent years in the industry and has also given many super hit films. Today he is called the emperor of Bollywood. But, sometimes days were difficult for Big B as well, which he has revealed in one of his blogs. Big B has told in his blog about those days when he lived and worked in Kolkata.

Amitabh Bachchan has shared a screenshot in his blog, which is from Twitter. In the post, he has remembered his past. It is mentioned in the tweet that he once worked in Kolkata’s blackers company and November 30, 1968 was his last day in this company. It is also mentioned in the tweet that the company has kept his file even today.

Amitabh Bachchan wrote- ‘Those days in Calcutta (now Kolkata) were free, freedom, freeist.. days of freedom. Eight of us lived in a 10 by 10 room. What a day those were too. Office used to end, then hanging out with friends and having fun. There was no money to go inside, but we used to stand here and there with the hope that one day we will definitely go inside. We did this too.

‘We even went inside, buttered the gate keepers a lot. Told him that when good time comes, he will take care of you. But, it never happened. But, when they start going out for shooting, associated with new work, then these people now give a feast. This change and meeting people is wonderful.
