He has given this donation for the heart transplant of a girl. The girl’s name is Ayushi Sharma. She is 25 years old and a resident of Delhi. The girl’s grandfather Yogendra Arun has thanked Akshay. Actually, Akshay was told about the girl by Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi, the director of his film ‘Samrat Prithviraj’. After this Akshay showed his big heart and donated.
Yogendra Arun talked to ETimes about this. He said, “I told Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi that I will take money from Akshay Kumar. I want to express my gratitude to them. That’s why I want to talk directly to the actor with a big heart. Yogendra also told about the condition of his granddaughter. He told that when Ayushi was born, she had a heart ailment.

Yogendra Arun said, “Ayushi was born with a defect in her heart and now at the age of 25, as the doctors at Medanta Hospital in Gurugram told us, her heart is working only 25 percent. Yogendra Arun reveals that he is an 82-year-old retired principal and the total cost of Ayushi’s treatment will reach Rs 50 lakh.
