Aanand L Rai Bhushan Kumar join hands with AyushMann Khurrana for new film Action Hero teaser release | Action Hero: Ayushmann Khurrana’s first action genre film announced, watch teaser video

T-Series and Color Yellow Productions have roped in versatile actor Ayushmann Khurrana for their next film ‘Action Hero’ directed by Anirudh Iyer. This will be Ayushmann’s first film in the action genre.

An artist’s journey both in front and behind the lens, the film is set to enthrall the audience with its sleek action and offbeat satirical humour.

Announcing the film, Producer Bhushan Kumar and Head of T-Series said, “Ayushmann fits perfectly in the character of the action hero in this film. This is also the fourth collaboration between T-Series and Ayushmann, which is going to be a big hit. Makes it even more special for everyone involved. We can’t wait for it to go on floors and see them live the character.”

On Action Hero, Ayushmann said, “I am thrilled to be working with Anand sir for the third time and I look forward to continuing our track record of entertaining audiences across the globe with Action Hero. I am back with Bhushan ji. I am also very excited to work. Color Yellow and T-Series are like second home for me. I immediately loved the script of Action Hero. It is fresh, it is disruptive and it has all the qualities of cinema that it deserves I am known.”

Speaking about the film, Producer Aanand L Rai said, “This is the first time we are doing this Genre film, this is the third time we will be collaborating with Ayushmann in a film. It’s always nice to work with him. Looks like and I am very excited about the film going on floors.”

Crossing geographical boundaries, the film will be shot in India and the UK.

Action Hero directed by Anirudh Iyer is a T-Series and Color Yellow production film and produced by Aanand L Rai and also produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar.
